Respondents Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to deploy / transfer the petitioner as B.T. Assistant from the 4th respondent school to any other Aided or Government School as the case may be, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 26.10.2023.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the first and second respondent to deploy / transfer the petitioner as B.T. Assistant from the 4th respondent school to any other Aided or Government School as the case may be, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 26.10.2023.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that so far no representation has been received by the second respondent.

3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent forthwith and on receipt of such representation, the first and second respondents are directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands

disposed of. No costs.
