Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to rectify the mistake with respect to petitioner's property bearing S.No.25/4 admeasuring 0.15.0 Ares and issue patta to the petitioner.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to rectify the mistake with respect to petitioner's property bearing S.No.25/4 admeasuring 0.15.0 Ares and issue patta to the petitioner.

2.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader entered appearance for the respondents and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 12.03.2021 at 1100 a.m at the office of the first respondent.

3.The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the first respondent is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the period, if any lost for the responsibilities associated with the conduct of the General Elections, 2021.
