The petitioner filed this writ petition for forbearing the respondents from issuing patta to any third parties in respect of pathway/cart track situated in S.No.1/1C, Nayambadi-R Village https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
(Reddipalayam Village Panchayat), Gingee Taluk, Villupuram District.
2.Heard Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3.On instructions submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that there is absolutely no question of issuance of patta in favour of anybody in respect of pathway / cart track situated in S.No.1/1C, Nayambadi-R Village (Reddipalayam Village Panchayat), Gingee Taluk, Villupuram District.
4.Recorded the said submissions. This writ petition is closed.Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
