PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, direct the 3rd respondent to issue the original certificates of consolidate mark sheet and provisional certificate based on petitioners representation dated 20.11.2021 within the stipulated time fixed by this Honble Court consequently direct all the respondents jointly and severally to pay compensation a sum of Rs.75,00,000/- to the petitioner. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the third respondent to issue the original certificates of consolidate mark sheet and provisional certificate based on petitioners representation dated 20.11.2021 within the stipulated time fixed by this Honble Court consequently direct all the respondents jointly and severally to pay compensation a sum of Rs.75,00,000/- to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the second and third respondents would submit that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has been complied with.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
