PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28461 of 2024 by order dated 14.11.2024 him to report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28461 of 2024 by order dated 14.11.2024 to report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph 7(b) of Crl.O.P.No.28461 of 2024 on 14.11.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
