JUDGMENT

2. The writ appeal has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned Single Judge in a miscellaneous petition. Whileso, it is brought to the notice of this court that the main writ petition itself has been disposed of pending this writ appeal. In view of the same, this writ appeal is disposed of as having become infructuous.

No costs.
