O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to renew the petitioner's saw mill license situated at No.95-A, Main Road, Koothappangudikadu, K.S.R.Nagar, Tittagudi, Cuddalore District by transferring the license in the petitioner's name.

2. Today, when this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. The said statement is recorded. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundles.

3. Such view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
