PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, to relax the condition in para 4(b) that the petitioner shall stay at Tiruppur and report before the Inspector of Police, Tiruppur Town Police Station, every day at 06.30 p.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31835 of 2024 vide order dated 20.12.2024.

ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 4(b) that the petitioner shall stay at Tiruppur and report before the Inspector of Police, Tiruppur Town Police Station, every day at 06.30 p.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31835 of 2024 vide order dated 20.12.2024.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in paragraph 4(b) on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31835 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
