(through video conferencing) This petition has been filed for quashing the impugned private complaint under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act in S.T.C. No.230 of 2013 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Gobichettypalayam.

Today when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the impugned private complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881, in S.T.C. No.230 of 2013 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Gobichettypalayam, has already been disposed of by order dated 20.02.2020. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has now become infructous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition, hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
