The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.01.2024 for the offences registered under Section 5(1), 5(j)(ii), 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 and under Section 312 & 313 of I.P.C in Crime No.01 of 2024, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail. 2.It is stated that the petitioner had held out a promise that he will marry the victim girl had been and had then sexually assaulted her. This Court perused the statement recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C of the victim girl.

3.The learned Government Advocate(crl side) submitted that the investigation completed and yet to file the final report. Let the final report be filed.

4. In view of that particular fact, at this stage I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence this petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to immediately file another petition after the final report is filed.
