This Criminal Original Petition has been filed against the STC.No.774 of 2018, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Polur.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the judgment has already been pronounced in STC.No.774 of 2018, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Polur, dated 11.02.2021, wherein, the petitioner herein/accused was pleaded guilty for the offence under Section 4(1)(a) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act and he was convicted for the above said offence and sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.1,000/- in default to undergo one month simple imprisonment. 3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
