Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of the petitioner that shall appear before respondent police at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.OP.NO.24297 of 2021 dated 14.12.2021 on the file of this Hon'ble court and pass such and orders which may deem fit and proper. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of V.THIYAGARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24297 of 2021 dated 14.12.2021.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.
