These petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole petitioner Mr.Muthusamy and to bring on record the petitioners herein as the legal representatives of the deceased first petitioner as the petitioners 2 to 5 in the above C.R.P.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection in allowing the petitions.

4. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompany affidavit filed in support of the above petitions, both the petitions are allowed.
