..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take action on the complaint dated 14.07.2005 given by the petitioner followed by reminder dated 02.09.2005 sent by the petitioner and to restore the petitioner's and his family members' right to lead normal life in their village Thoothoor, Kanyakumari District.

ORDER

The prayer in the Writ Petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to take action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.07.2005 and the reminder dated 02.09.2005 and to restore the petitioner's and his family members' right to lead normal life in their village Thoothoor, Kanyakumari District.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner by producing the death certificate dated 18.06.2007 would state that the petitioner died on 07.06.2007.
