..Respondent Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to initiate the revenue recovery proceedings as per the Recovery Certificate No.B4/5264/2004 (t/t/72/84) dated 02.07.2004 for the recovery of the sum of Rs.33,803/- together with 10% interest from 31.08.2000 to 15.11.2003 and with 15% compound interest from 15.11.2003 till the date of payment which amounts to Rs.80,466/- and to pay the same to the petitioner.

C O M M O N O R D E R The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent / District Collector, made a submission that as per the Recovery Certificate issued by the competent authority, the Award amount was recovered and disbursed in favour of the petitioners.

In view of the fact that the Award amount has already been settled, no further adjudication is required in these writ petitions and accordingly, all the writ petitions stand disposed of as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
