2. However, today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Saravana Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
