2.On perusal of the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, this Court is not satisfied with the reasons stated therein. However, since the delay is only 23 days, by way of giving an opportunity to the appellant, the delay stands condoned with a direction to the appellant to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the Chief Justice's Relief Fund, within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.For reporting compliance of the above direction, list the matter on 01.06.2026.
