Writ Petition No.19645 of 2013 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records in I.A.No.206 of 2010, dated 21.10.2012 on the file of the Labour Court, Salem, Salem District, and quash the same. .
