ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to provide adequate police protection to the officials of the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 8.10.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's complaint is pending enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to approach the second respondent in person, submit the necessary records and cooperate with them. The second respondent police shall enquire into the complaint lodged by the petitioner and afford protection to the officials of the petitioner firm while taking their materials.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
