ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 7th respondent herein to sell an application to the petitioner as per the Advt. No.2/2011 dated 09.11.2011 by the 8th respondent herein and to receive the same from the petitioner and also to direct the 8th respondent herein to consider her application for the Post of Secondary Grade Teacher along with other candidates.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
