ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.) This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to pass orders on the petition/representation dated 13.12.2021 submitted by the petitioner and others, in order to prevent the construction of the compound wall by the 3rd respondent.

When the matter was taken up, Ms.Amirta Poonkodi Dinakaran, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and producing a copy of the notice issued to the 3rd respondent would state that based on the representation of the petitioner dated 13.12.2021, action has been taken and since the respondents 1 and 2 have already initiated action, the same will be properly carried forward as per the rules and regulations.

Placing on record the said submissions of the learned Government Advocate, the present Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
