W.P.No.3511 of 2021 N.ANAND VENKATESH,J., This Court has gone through the counter affidavit filed by the 3rd respondent as well as the Medical Certificate issued by the concerned hospital. It is seen that the convict prisoner requires an attendant even to carry on with his day to day activities. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the medical condition of the petitioner is assessed by the Medical Board and the report has also been submitted to the 3rd respondent.
