The petitioner has filed this petition to call for the entire records in S.T.C.No.538 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, at Gobichettipalayam, Erode District and quash the same as illegal, incompetent.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 14.07.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 16.07.2021. When the matter was taken for hearing on 16.07.2021, once again there was no representation for the petitioner. In order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 20.07.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for dismissal" but so also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.
