JUDGMENT

A perusal of the records, shows that the first petitioner died long back and several opportunities were given to the revision petitioner to take steps to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner.

2. On 26.04.2019, specific orders were passed by this Court directing the revision petitioner to take steps to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased, failing which the criminal revision petition would be dismissed. The revision petitioner did not take steps to till date.

3. Therefore, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
