Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings G.D.C.No.E1/42323/2005 dated 13/12/2005 and quash the same, and direct the 1st respondent to fill up the post of Divisional Engineer (Electrical) on regular basis according to the seniority in the cadre of Assistant Divisional Engineer (Electrical).
