The petitioner would submit that she had purchased a land measuring about 2.43 hectre from one Mr.T.Maudhachalam through a registered sale deed vide Document No.1008/2012, registered in Thittakudi Registrar Office in S.No.112/5D2. After purchase of land, the petitioner paid the required fee in Government Treasury for Survey and measuring her land. Since, no action has been taken to measure her land, she made a representation dated 01.06.2016 to the second respondent. However, after receipt of the representation, the 2nd respondent issued notice to the petitioner and also for the adjacent land owners regarding measuring the land and also fixed a date for measuring on 01.07.2016. But, the third respondent never turned up to measure the petitioner's land. The petitioner also made a representation to the first respondent herein on 28.11.2016, for surveying her land. Since, it is yet to be favoured with any kind of response, she came forward to file this Writ Petition. 3.
Heard the submissions of Mr.B.S.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.R.S.Selvam, learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents. 4.
The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the survey has been conducted. 5.
