This application has been filed by the plaintiffs to permit them to amend the cause-title by incorporating the new address of the first plaintiff.

When this matter came up for hearing on 17.02.2021, the learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that he has no objection for allowing this application, however there was no representation for the respondent 1 and 3, and hence the matter was adjourned and posted today for filing counter, if any, on the side of the respondents 1 and 3. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents 1 and 3.

3. Since this application has been filed only to incorporate the new address of the first plaintiff, if this application is allowed that will not cause any prejudice to the respondents. Hence, this Court is inclined to allow this application.
