ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Cr.No.61 of 2016 pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and the case has been referred as mistake of fact and final report has already been filed before the concerned Magistrate Court and notice was also issued on the petitioner. On instructions, he would further submit that the defacto complainant has also given a statement before the respondent/police that she is not interested in pursuing the matter.
