ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A-7, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.01.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 465, 467, 471, 420 and 511 of IPC in Crime No.33 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.

Heard both sides. Documents perused. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in incarceration from 08.01.2022, investigation reveals the fact that, during the time of alleged occurrence, the petitioner alone prepared a bogus I.D. card in the name of Mr.Mukul Rohatgi, the Former Attorney General of India and after creating a fabricated cheque, attempted to swindle Rs.6 Crores from the Bank. As of now, investigation is in initial stage. The other accused, who are all involved are yet to be secured.

Hence, in view of the same, considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to him. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
