ORDER

When the matter was taken up for the hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents herein to consider the petitioner representation dated 13.7.2013 and issue NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE and RELIEVING ORDER enabling the petitioner to join as Post Graduate Assistant in NLC School Mahatma Gandhi Road Block 18 Neyveli Cuddalore District Tamilnadu within a time stipulated by this Court. He further submitted that this Court by way of interim direction, vide order dated 2.8.2013 issued a direction to the respondents to grant a NOC to enable the petitioner to join NLC school, Neyveli.

2.Learned additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents did not dispute the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and he submitted that the interim order of this Court has been complied with and the NOC was granted to the petitioner and, hence nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In such view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication and, accordingly this writ petition stands closed. However there shall be no order as to costs.
