ORDER

The petitioner is the third accused in Crime No.457/2018 on the file of 1st Respondent for the offences under Sections 420, 120(B), 506(i) and 34 IPC. It is seen from the FIR that there is a specific allegation as against the petitioner as well as the accused Nos.1 and 2. He has been arrayed as accused No.3 in Crime No.457/2018 for the offences under Sections 420, 120(B), 506(i) and 34 IPC.

2.As such this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition. When this Court was about to dismiss the petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
