This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.454 of 2020 dated 05.09.2020 on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up today, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would on instruction from one Ms.Radha, Police Constable attached to the respondent Police Station submit that investigation in Crime No.454 of 2020 has been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Mettur on 27.09.2020 and it is yet to be numbered.

3. In view of the above, direction is issued to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Mettur to take the final report on file and proceed the case in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
