These applications are filed under Order XXI Rule 10 and 11 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908, read with Rules 9, 11(b) of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959, praying to transmit the decrees mentioned in the above applications for execution to the Theni District Court and also to issue a certificate of execution of decree for transmit the same to the said other court as envisaged under Order XXI Rule 6 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 2.

Taking into consideration the averments as made in the affidavit filed in support of the applications, the following decrees are directed to be transmitted to the Theni District Court for execution and also to issue a certificate of execution of the decrees for transferring the same to the said other Court as envisaged under Order XXI Rule 6 of the Civil Procedure Code:- (i) decree dated 21.09.2010 made in Comp.A.No.869 of 2010 in C.P.No.37 of 2007;

(vi) decree dated 19.04.2011 made in Comp.A.No.1764 of 2009 in C.P.No.37 of 2007;

(vii) decree dated 20.07.2011 made in Comp.A.No.868 of 2010 in C.P.No.37 of 2007;

(viii) decree dated 22.07.2010 made in Comp.A.No.859 of 2010 in C.P.No.37 of 2007;

(ix) decree dated 14.12.2010 made in Comp.A.No.1684 of 2010 in C.P.No.37 of 2007;

(x) decree dated 14.12.2010 made in Comp.A.No.857 of 2010 in C.P.No.37 of 2007;

(xi) decree dated 17.09.2010 made in Comp.A.No.858 of 2010 in C.P.No.37 of 2007;

(xii) decree dated 17.09.2010 made in Comp.A.No.1251 of 2010 in C.P.No.37 of 2007;

(xiii) decree dated 14.12.2010 made in Comp.A.No.853 of 2010 in C.P.No.37 of 2007;
