Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/first respondent in the writ petition, who submitted that neither the Higher Education Department or the Directorate of Collegiate Education, who are the appropriate authorities to sanction the post and approve the appointment, was made as parties to the proceedings and therefore, they may be impleaded as party respondents.

2.In view of the above, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

3.The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and post the matter for hearing on 20.03.2023.
