Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the first respondent vide its impugned Letter No.ANK/V.P(C)/K605/2015 dated 15.06.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents in any way preventing ingress and egress the easementary right of way, path way, public utility road, and road for transportation of goods to the wholesale flower market zone at the Gate No.20 of the Eastern Side and consequently not to remove the Gate No.20 or close by way of fencing or the compounding wall.

When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner on record submitted during the year 2015 itself, change of vakalat has been effected and the same has been informed to the parties. The statement is recorded.
