The petitioners seek a direction to respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioners.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. It is brought to notice that the respondents police are harassing the petitioners, in respect of the matter, which is in the nature of a property dispute.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the presence of the petitioners is no longer required and further, if the presence of the petitioners is required, the respondent will issue summons to them.
