ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, to direct the respondent 1 and 2 to investigate the case in Crime No. 660 of 2010 pending before the third respondent and to file final report within a stipulated time.

2. Heard Mr.M.Pari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that, the third respondent completed the investigation and closed the case as mistake of fact in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crime No.660 of 2010 and filed final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate (Judicial Magistrate Court, Jeyamkondam).

4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
