The death certificate of the deceased sole appellant and the legal heirship certificates are enclosed along with the miscellaneous petitions in proof of the death of the deceased sole appellant and the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant.

Therefore, all the petitions seeking to substitute the legal representatives in the place of the deceased sole appellant are allowed and the proposed appellants are substituted as appellants 2 and 3 in the place of the deceased sole appellant.
