ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner to punish the respondents for not obeying the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.29268 of 2011 dated 23.04.2012.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the order of this Court dated 23.04.2012 has been complied with and also produced a copy of the proceedings of the third respondent dated 06.11.2013.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed.
