ORDER

This miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16914 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.702 of 2024 on 18.12.2024 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Mr.S.Balaji, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition.

4. In view of the same, the condition imposed in Para No. 9 (iii) of the order dated 17.12.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.16914 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.702 of 2024 is modified, and the petitioner is directed to appear once in three months before the trial Court until further orders. All other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered.
