PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 227 of the Constitution of India, against the fair order and decreetal order of the learned Principal District Munsif, Cuddalore dismissing I.A.No.2233 of 2009 in O.S.No.521 of 2006 dated 19.10.2010.

2. The defendant/petitioner filed a petition before the trial Court for rejection of the plaint in I.A.No.2233 of 2009. The said I.A was dismissed on 19.10.2010. Aggrieved the order, he has filed the present Civil Revision Petition.

3. Pending C.R.P, the Original Suit in O.S.No.521 of 2006 was completed and the same was dismissed and the regular appeal No.23 of 2016 preferred by the plaintiff before the learned II Additional SubJudge, Cuddalore and the same was also dismissed. Hence, nothing survives in this revision.
