The learned counsel for the petitioner appearing through Video Conferencing stated that the petitioner has unfortunately died. 2.The issue arises owing to a notice issued by the respondents to the writ petitioner to recover the compensation amount paid to the family members of an individual who had been engaged to clean the septic tank in the premises of the petitioner. The Writ Petition stands dismissed. The respondents are at liberty to issue fresh notice to the legal representatives of the petitioner and proceed further in the manner known to law.
