These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 135 days in re-presenting the above second appeals.

2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these miscellaneous petitions are allowed on condition that each case of the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- each (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Tamilnadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court Campus, Chennai on or before 15.03.2023, failing which these petitions shall stand automatically dismissed. On payment of Rs.1,000/- each, Registry is directed to number these second appeals, if it is otherwise in order.
