JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by J. Nisha Banu, J) This appeal has been filed by the appellant/husband challenging judgment and decree dated 26.10.2017 passed by the Family Court, Erode in F.C.O.P.No.9 of 2017, in which, the divorce sought for by the Page 1/3

appellant was dismissed by the Family Court.

2. When the matter was posted on 25.10.2024, this Court directed the parties to be present before this Court on 28.10.2024. On 28.10.2024, the parties were present, however, at the request of the learned counsel for the appellant, the matter was adjourned to 25.11.2024. Today, the parties are not present before this Court. The learned counsel for the appellant as well as the respondent would state that the parties are living together and they are not interested in appearing before this Court. The said submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant as well as the respondent is recorded.

3. Since the parties are living together, no further adjudication is required in this Appeal. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed. No costs.
