Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of declaration to declare that the auction sale conducted by the 1st respondent on 11.02.2022 in pursuant to the tender notice dated 21.01.2022 as against the petitioner loan account as null and void inconsequentially direct the respondent and to re-instate the OTS sanctioned on 23.02.2021 in favour of the petitioner.
