O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the property situated at No.23, Alamelu Mangapuram at Perungalathur Village in Survey No.255/1, which is owned by the petitioner.

2. The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is nothing but an injunction as against the respondents. The petitioner ought to have approached the competent Civil Court for the relief of injunction as against the respondents. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered by this Court.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
