Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representations dated 11.06.2018 and 14.01.2019 made by the petitioner Sangam within the time frame. For Petitioner :

Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, this main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner-Association seek for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representations dated 11.06.2018 and 14.01.2019, wherein and whereby, they sought for regularization of their service as Poojaris in the Temples https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
situated in the State and for other benefits.
3. The grievance of the petitioner-Association is that its members functioning as Poojaris in various temples for long number of years, are not getting the benefit of regularization with other monetary benefits. Therefore, the petitionerAssociation made the above representations before the respondents seeking for such benefit. It is stated that the said representations are not considered so far.
4. Needless to state that it is for the respondents, more particularly, the second respondent to consider the grievance of the petitioner-Association and pass appropriate orders on their representations, without loss of further time, after conducting thorough enquiry into the matter. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 11.06.2018 and 14.01.2019 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Such exercise shall be done by the second respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
