Heard Mr.N.Srinivas Jayaprakash, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.S.K.Sathish, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and Mr.M.Aswin learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for first respondent has handed over a Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.7,03,738/- dated 30.11.2024. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that as far as gratuity is concerned, the Government has passed Government Order to the employees who had retired upto March 2023 and for the persons who have retired later, Government Orders will be passed.

3. Recording the above submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents and as part of the amount has already been paid, this Page 2 / 4

Contempt Petition is closed for the present with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same if necessity arise.
