ANAND VENKATESH KP 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the affidavit of the respondent was filed and the relevant portion is extracted hereunder: 9.It is submitted that based on the above order, after completion of detailed investigation, the respondent police advised both the parties to solve the above issue by seeking appropriate remedy before concerned court and closed the case in Cr.No.790/2021 as Action Dropped on27.08.2024 and on the same day RCS No.32/2024 was served to the complainant through registered post.
