Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for all the records and papers from the files of the 1st respondent in ID.No.42 of 1997 and to quash the impugned award made therein dated 24.05.2005 insofar as the 1st respondent has denied and negatived the charter of demands made by the petitioner and thus render justice.

3. Mrs.Veda, learned counsel representing the second respondent would submit that pursuant to the award, the issue was amicably settled between the petitioner/Union and the second respondent/Management and the grievance of the petitioner/Union has been considerably met.
4. In view of the submission so made, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition.
